Orders ship within 1-2 business days. During holiday or sales, orders ship within 1-4 business days. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped. In the event that the item(s)you purchased is a pre-order, please note the extended delivery date within the order invoice. If you have other product(s) on this order and wish for it to be received in 2 shipments, extra shipping charges may be applied.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If you refuse shipments from griphandbags.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If package is lost, damaged or tampered with during transit, we will provide store credit. No refund will be made.
